ありがとう。|||I am sorry I can't help you with the whole translating part, but I was going to give you a little help with the online translation problem.
The reason most online translators don't work correctly is because the way people type. They abbreviate and add .... all over the place. I am included in this. Try typing everything out as if you were typing a report for school or something. Make sure to have complete sentence and have them gramatically correct etc.
