I think it's a nickname.
My mom's friend "Kichon" is female but you can use it for boys too.|||I answered this in your other question. It is not in Japanese dictionary. Now you have explained your reasons, perhaps it is an acronym for something, for example SWALK means sealed with a loving kiss.
