I'm guess it's "I want him" instead of "I want one" since it's one of those languages that depends on context (since I,you,s/he,it,they etc are usually left out if context is understood).
I have no idea why that 3 is there..... It could be "Where are my boyfriends? I want 3" but then the grammar would be off because the 3 wouldn't be after desu.|||Boyfriend? I want 3.
