Can a fluent Japanese speaker/writer translate something from english to japanese for me?

Okay, Valentine's Day is coming up, and since my bf's half Japanese I thought I'd write something in Japanese...

Is it possible to only translate it into hiragana %26amp; katakana characters? (without kanji?) If its not, then nevermind.
