i have some videos and theyre in japanese. are there any programs or anything that can translate them into english so that when i play them the people wil be talkin in english?|||This is impossible.
There is two ways to get english in a non-english video.
First way is through subtitles. If you have an srt file, or .sub file with subtitle information, players like WMClassic can insert them into the video as they play.
The second way is through dubbing. In this case you must have a sound file with the english voices. Some players such as VLC can use audio from a seperate file, or you can use VirtualDUB and select the external WAV file as the new sound for the video.
EIther way, the english must have been created beforehand. It cannot be translated on the fly.|||We are several years away from voice recognition and speech output that could even hope to do that. It isn't happening.
