How do you translate this from Japanese to English?

How do you translate 鏄ユ闊?to English? I know the individual meaning of each character but I don't know how to translate the combination. It has a specific meaning, doesn't it?

Online dictionaries and translators are NOT helping. Please assist, thank you!|||The kanji themselves don't mean what they originally mean:

鏄?haru = spring

姝?shi = death

闊?on = sound

But they're just combined to indicate the sound: 銉忋儷銈枫偑銉?harushion, which is a transliteration of the drug name Halcion.|||You can use the Babylon Translator to translate this text. Someone must have just made it up for the sound/ Harushion
