How can I translate Japanese language to English language?

My computer can't read Japanese language and I can't read Japanese language and some are in traditional characters something like this . So how do I translate it?|||Hi,

go here http://translate.google.com/ copy and paste the Japanese content..... select "Japanese" in Translate from: and select "English" in Translate into: ... now click Translate botton .... it will translate

All the best,

Ava|||You spend four years learning it at college. Japanese is one of those complex languages that cannot be easily translated by a machine - machines usually can only translate Latin-based languages with any degree of accuracy. If you can't be bothered to learn it yourself, and you are worried enough about accuracy to mind a translation program's horrible rendition, you could hire a translator.|||go to google and type translate in the search

in the results click on Google Translate

to use this feature you will need to have the japanese text on the computer so that you can highlite, copy and paste it into the translate box.|||This will definitely help you!|||Bing translator : http://www.microsofttranslator.com/
