Can someone translate this from Japanese to English?

http://www.geocities.jp/matsukichi_shop/clothing/totebagu_maneki_y3.jpg

The Kanji on the bag in that image, i'd appreciate it if someone could translate it to English.|||I think that it's the name of a store of shop called "Manekiya"

招 is read as "mane". It comes from the verb "maneku" which means "to invite".

喜 is read as "ki". It means "happiness". It can also be read as "yorokobu"

屋 is read as "ya". It means "store" or "shop".

"Manekiya" appears to have afew locations throughout Japan. Here's one in the Kyoto area.

By the way, a "maneki neko" 招き猫 are little figurines of waving cats. They are supposed to wave in good fortune (customers) for a store.

My guess is that Manekiya stores are somehow trying to tie into that imagine of being a store that helps its customers "wave in happiness".|||You're welcome
