There is NO web-site, OR software that anyone has yet discovered, that's capable of translating Japanese sentences into English..!!
You just get garbled nonsense. It's mainly because of the grammatical differences, plus the fact that Japanese 'words' are all strung together with no spaces. This makes it impossible for translation engines to do their job properly. They're just not designed for Japanese - they're designed for languages similar to English, and then have Japanese text added as an afterthought.
If you try some of the sites recommended by other people, you'll see what I mean!
; )|||sorry to say, but no. Once you learn to read more kanji and conjugate dictionary form verbs, you will be able to better comminucate. If you stick to it, your skill sets will increase in about 2-3 semesters.
