How can i translate a PDF from Japanese to English on a Mac?

I have a PDF that I need to translate from Japanese to English but need to do this on a Mac and not Microsoft. Does any one know how I can do this.|||You don't need to copy the pdf content to Google translate, you can do as Anna says, just upload the pdf to Google translate and it will translate as you want.|||Use http://translate.google.com/
