You can't translate romaji by a computer because of the immense number of sound-alike words in Japanese, only differentiated by their kanji.
Best bet is to install Japanese on your computer(if you're on a PC, control panel%26gt;regional and language%26gt;keyboards and languages. It's all very simple and takes just a few moments.
Jisho.org will allow you to type in romaji to then find your word, but it doesn't translate. Also, at the end, if you're talking about translating English into Japanese, then Google's got you covered. If you're talking about something else, I have no idea.
