How to translate japanese document into English?

I am having an article in Japanese language and moreover it is in pdf format. I want to translate it into English (so that I can understand the content). I tried several online options but they are asking for text documents and any online pdf to word converter is not able to convert it into word/text document which i can use further to get translated.........pls help me.......this is urgent for me.|||Heya, finished the first page during lunch. However, I got to warn you I'm not an engineer so be warned. I'll go ahead and do the rest if you give me best answer ;p

Traditional methods of failure diagnosis include methods described in


"Monitoring the spindle current of a machine tool – Matsushima, Bertok, et al"


and "An application of acoustic emission measurements to in- process sensing of tool wear - IWATA, K., and MORIWAKI, T., 1977".





However as all these methods are based on big equipment like NC discs,


signals generated by the damaged equipment are relatively large, making it easy to find


serviceable sensors.





After ultra-precision machining there is no practicable way to make use of sensors.


To detect variations, a visual inspection of the machined product's surface is made to judge suitability.


This requires time and labour. There is a need to find a method of failure diagnosis


suitable for use in precision machining.





Wear of cutting tools can be broadly categorized into abrasive wear and damaged tear (fracture).


Ultimately, the deciding factor is the actual usage of the tools, but it can also be


affected by details such as production method, machining method or the item being created.





Based on collected data, when exclusively machining microparts, 3-4% (3 out of 97) of the tools are replaced


due to tear(fracture) damage. This damage is caused solely by stress overload during the cutting process - something


that can be avoided by proper management. Due to this, this study will treat tear and wear of tools to be the same


and proceed to discuss the detection of wear damage.|||I never heard of some software can translate in the pdf format.





But I have a good idea can help you read your file.
