Does anybody know a website where you can translate english into japanese characters?

I want to find a website where you can translate english words into japanese characters but i can't use google or babelfish or any website thats like that because my computer doesn't have the font and it shows up as two boxes only|||No. But u could try typing something in that u think might be a website with that stuff and u might get lucky!!! lol.|||http://www.solon.org/cgi-bin/j鈥?/a>

I don't know if the site is still run the same way as it used to, but if you go there, search for your word, the english pronounciation of the japanese word should be a link. You click the word, and it shows you the characters in a .gif/.jpg format.

|||No but there is another website where you could translate other languages.|||try this http://japanese.about.com/gi/dynamic/off鈥?/a>|||You'll have to download the Japanese package from the microsoft web-site!! Unfortunately, the only site I've ever found that has the kanji as gifs instead of text is down - after being out of order for ages!!

Once your computer has got Japanese capability, go here

http://www.yesjapan.com/dictionary/yesja鈥?/a>

and make good use of the 'English / Japanese" option, and the "beginning / containing / ending / exactly match" options!

Or you can go here

http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-b鈥?/a>

but they don't give a romaji pronunciation guide.|||www.dictionary.com here go to Translator and chose to translate from English to Japanese and thats it.

good luck.
