How do I translate Japanese to English?

I got a hand written note written in Japanese. I looked on google and haven't been able to find any site that would let me use Japanese characters. Any ideas? Possible copy it and post it somewhere for somebody to translate for me?|||You could scan it or take a picture of it, then post it here if you like. If you don't understand Japanese you'll never be able to translate it with an online translator. Or alternatively you could open up MS paint and try to replicate what you see... and then post it here...|||Find someone who can read Japanese and ask them. I would suggest starting with a local university, ask a Japanese teacher there.
