English and Japanese are very different languages. I think it is extremely unlikely that an electronic translator that works at all well has been developed for these languages.
Even the best electronic translators for very similar languages can produce bad translations very easily, and you must know both the source and target languages pretty well to detect when they go wrong so that you can correct their output texts.
