The other translation that Moony gave is more complicated than the original text in Japanese. Also it is slightly wrong.


全てを明るく照らす means that THE ROCK brightens things. It does not mean "brightly with the entirety of light." The rock of light ITSELF is shining, and it is shining upon 全て(everything).
