Can some one help translate Japanese to english from a picture?

I want to explain some diagrams from the Fukushima plant to my students, and I would appreciate help translating some of the captions shown in the following picture (JPG)

These are descriptions of some of the areas or rooms in the buildings containing electrical equipment. Sorry I don't have a better resolution image.

*I suppose in this case it would refer to radioactive waste.
