Can anybody translate Japanese to English?

I THINK it is in Japanese, but I'm not even positive about that.

I tried Babel Fish, but it just gave me back these symbols and I don't know how to read any Asian languages!

Thanks for anybody who knows how to translate--or if anybody knows of any translation websites that do allow symbols.

很萌啊|||It's not Japanese. it's Chinese.

I've leaned basic Chinese and I remenber 很 means "very." 啊 I think just works as an interjection.

萌 I guess usually means "sprout," which is same as in Japanese. But in recent Japanese otaku culture, I see 萌 is also used as a slang which means "cute" or "I like it" or something like that.

Maybe this usage of 萌 has spread among Chinese speaking otaku people, I guess? If so, I think it means "It's very cute!"|||This is NOT Japanese.|||this is definitely not japanese. I tried translating from chinese to english with an online translator and got 'sprouts very much'.
